Brother can you spare 700 Billion?

Excuse me for being so cynical, but this bailout of the financial district is appalling. When the average person runs into trouble, they can only depend on themselves for relief. The mere fact that these companies made billions in profit makes this situation more disgusting. I would expect some to say that the economy needed to have the government rescue it, however, if it turns around will "we" be receiving our dividend checks. I know, I know; the check is in the mail. Just think January 20, 2009, will be our day of salvation. Good bye Mr. Bush.

Is funny because are'nt we already in debt as it is. Dont this country have very little money to even sit there and try to save all these multibillion dollars company.

So what happends after that. With today's economy can these company come out of the jam they are in? Can they pay back the money the goverment lends them. Maybe yes but not anytime in the next 2-3 years.

My mother once told me, "The truth will always come to surface." Our country has always been a capitalistic society, where those with money rule. This is not the first time where we have been in a recession, during other presidential terms things were much worse. However, that president was able to avoid things going public. In the case of Bush his ability to lie to THE UNITED STATES was hard for him to conceal, which resulted in a economic disaster. C.O. 0424

Let me say something about this " rescue plan". A bunch of lies. The Government allow the banks go bizzard with the loans. There was no federal eyes in what the banks and Wall St were doing. Forget about bailout. It is another scheme.

Our grandchildren will be paying for this horrible mistake.

Bush and his decisions where a big mistake to these country. Putting us in a economic crisis taking us to war.. etc etc. but we can't go back in time. We got to hope for a "CHANGE" and its get's me aggravated knowing the fact that this companies and banks made so much money and now they ask for help and they go and get it. We normal people need the help with job opportunities and no more ignorant presidents.

See I think Bush was in office too too long and whoever voted for him, you should've known better. He was out for his own interest making his money. Do not forget this man is a republican so how could he possibly help out a democrat, why do you believe he would even care. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth these people only care about getting richer than they already are not about sharing their wealth to help this nation. I personally believe he was part of all the nonsense with 9-11 i truly believe he helped set it up i'll even go as far as saying he's probably hiding Vin Laddin!!! It was degnitated now how is that possible. I have proof of all i speak upon i don't just assume because you can make an ass out of yourself doing that.
So someone ask him to explain that. He brought our nation down and yet dtii wants us to suffer more why should we have to pay because of a selfish man who didn't run this country the right way,he ran it for his sake not ours.

How did someone like George Bush get elected in the first place? This country is becoming more and more for the business people and less and less for the average person. He deserves more shoes thrown at him.

Darnell I am highly insulted at the fact Bush is seeking assistance to bailout companies and business have finacial problems. Now if I was to finacial problmes and seeked assistance, my problems rest assure will not be televised for the world to see. Bush puts entirely too much emphasis on company problems and not those people who actually need help and lack support from our government officials.
