Secret Service accused of discrimination

The upcoming presidential election has been dealt another blow. The often praised law enforcement agency, United States Secret Service, has been brought to task by some current and former African American Secret Service agents. Can this be a sign for presidential hopeful Barack Obama? I expect the Secret Service to be professional. However, aren't they just an extension of mainstream society and mirror the racism that exists? Are these just a bunch of "disgruntled" agents or are they qualified agents looking for some equity?

I would like to find out the out coming of this law suit. I know that is not an easy gig to be part of the Secret Service. Once, you belong to an Agency like that it take a while to get to know people there. Once you know people them you move around easily.

If these agents are "disgruntled" or if they are qualified agents looking for some equity I don't know. But to belong to the Secret Service or be part of it, you must be qualify through education and training. How the Secret Service is structure or how to qualify to be the " agent-in-charge" I don't know. But it will be interesting to know more about it.

It's hard to take racism out of people. But the important thing is taking racism out of the workplace and how people react to it. Many people can be a little racist, but they accept that people are different. If the evidence shows that the racism came into play at work then it matters otherwise you can't judge someone for what they think because everyone has rights to their own opinon. I'm not saying racism is ok, but you can't change the whole world's thinking that easily.

I would suggest that Obama vet those people corectly, or else those racists might conspire against the president .In fact , have seen such things in my country of origins.
